Women’s Council of Realtors Osceola County Annual Golf Tournament
This event was a hole in 1! Justin Bush Mortgage Team was a proud sponsor of the Women’s Council of Realtor’s Osceola County Annual Golf Tournament at the Royal St. Cloud’s Golf Links on Saturday, April 24th.
Our team played golf, networked, and participated in the different activities from this amazing event. We can’t wait for next year’s turnout!
The Purple Room Project - The Edge Helps
Justin Bush Mortgage Team partnered up with The Edge Helps for a very special project!
For over 14 years, The Edge Helps has been serving children who are victims of abuse and/or are disadvantaged in any way. As the economic state of underprivileged children worsens, the stress levels and anxiety in families rise unfortunately creating a greater need.
The Purple Room Project focuses on transforming safe spaces used to comfort children. Due to the lack of funding and inability to provide in-person services, 94% less children have been helped!
Justin Bush Team was more than happy to donate 34 laptops for their new computer lab, help raise some funds, and get other businesses involved, such as Dynamix, to donate a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven for the new teacher’s lounge! On Thursday, April 22nd, we joined in and volunteered to paint the newly renovated spaces with their signature purple color! It was a great event to be a part of and hope to continue to support their cause!
Miami Association of Realtors Inaugural Event
Had a blast sponsoring the MIAMI REALTORS ASSOCIATION Inaugural Event at The Biltmore Hotel on March 25, 2021.
The event was hosted in the beautiful Biltmore Country Club Courtyard, where the Association presented sponsors and partners with awards and installed its new members.
Justin Bush Mortgage Team had a lot of fun as we networked and mingled with the realtors and other sponsors!
Miami Association of Realtors: Beach Cleanup
Sponsored the beach cleanup at Pelican Harbor on February 20, 2021. MIAMI REALTORS ASSOCIATION hosted four (4) different beach clean-ups on the same date to help clean up the environment.
The event consisted of a short, but lovely kayak ride to Pelican Island, where we recollected trash and networked with fellow volunteers.
The Justin Bush Mortgage Team had a lot of fun as we helped the environment!
motivational edge Christmas wish list
Making the Holidays extra special this 2020 for the kids at Motivational Edge!
Motivational Edge is a non-profit in the Miami-Dade area that uses culturally relevant arts as a motivational platform to inspire youth toward academic achievement, increased self-confidence, and build essential life skills. Justin Bush Team partnered with Talita Pinheiro to make 33 kids Holiday Wish lists come true!
The event was a success and we are pretty sure we can give Santa Claus a run for his money!

Thanksgiving Food Drive
The Justin Bush Mortgage Team partnered with different associations in the Miami-Dade area such as with The Women’s Council of Realtors, NAHREP, and M.U.J.E.R. to help feed families in South Florida with a Thanksgiving Food Drive!
Throughout the month of November, donations were dropped off at our office, making the event a huge success!

Florida Breast cancer foundation clothing drive
Justin Bush Mortgage Team participated in the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation Clothing Drive, a foundation dedicated to ending the suffering caused by breast cancer through research, education, advocacy, & direct services. The clothing drive supports breast cancer research, education, and advocacy through donations of clothing and household goods! They provide a simple way for you to make good use of clothing and household items you no longer need while supporting the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation (FBCF)’s mission to end the suffering caused by breast cancer.
The clothing drive was held throughout October 2020 making the Cardinal Financial office one of the drop-off locations for donations. The event was a smash hit!

St. Jude Walk/Run Event
Justin Bush Mortgage Team had the absolute privilege of participating in the annual St. Jude Walk/Run Event on September of 2020.
In the fight against childhood cancer, Justin Bush Team raised a grand total of $3,210!
